Heat pipes are particularly useful when transferring large amounts of heat where there is a small Delta T (temperature difference) between the ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ ends of the heat pipe. They contain no moving parts that can wear out, so system reliability is very high and they require no power to operate them. Another advantage is that they can be bent and shaped to meet your unique product environments, then combined with a range of our other products for optimal heat dissipation.
A variety of heat pipes are available including tubular, diode, variable conductivity and vapour chambers. Please contact us with your requirements or if you have any additional questions.
